Character
After standing,the upper layer is a clear liquid,and the lower layer has a small amount ofprecipitation.After shaking,it is a uniform suspension.
Function and Purpose
For prevention of: Fowl cholera (caused by Pasteurella multocida) and Infectious coryza (caused by Avibacterium paragallinarum serotypes A, B, and C). Induces specific immunity in chickens, reducing morbidity and mortality. Duration of immunity: 6 months (in adult chickens); a booster is required 3-4 weeks after primary vaccination to ensure optimal protection.
Usage and Dosage
1.Vaccination target:Suitable for chickens over 21 days old.
Adverse Reactions
Generally, there are no obvious adverse reactions.
Target: Chickens ≥21 days old
Primary: 0.3 mL/dose, subcutaneous or intramuscular, at 21-28 days of age;Booster: 0.5 mL/dose, intramuscular, 2-4 weeks after primary vaccination (or 2-4 weeks pre-lay);
Adults: 0.5 mL/chicken every 6-8 months; frequency may be increased in high-risk settings
Neck subcutaneously or pectoral muscle; disinfect site before injection
Precautions
- 1. It is only used to inoculate healthy chickens.
- 2. Do not freeze,and the use of frozen vaccines is strictly prohibited.
- 3. Before use,the vaccine should be restored to room temperature and shaken thoroughly;it should be used up within 24 hours after opening.
- 4. When inoculating,it should be treated with local disinfection.
- 5. Used vaccine vials,appliances,and unused vaccines should be treated harmlessly.
- 6. Use is prohibited within 28 days before slaughter.
Storage and Period of Validity
2-8℃ preservation, valid for 24 months.
