Main Ingredients And Content
The vaccine contains the inactivated Riemerella anatipestifer strain BZ ≥ 5.0×109 CFU/ml; Escherichia coli (duck origin) strain SG: 2.5×10⁹ CFU/ml.
Character
After standing, the upper layer is clear liquid with a small amount of precipitate at the bottom; it forms a uniform suspension after shaking.
Function And Purpose
- For the prevention of duck infectious serositis (serotype 2), duck Escherichia coli (serotype O78).
- The immune response onset is 21 days, and the duration of immunity is 3 months.
Usage And Dosage
- Subcutaneous injection in the neck.
- Healthy ducklings at 5–7 days of age: 0.25 mL/dose.
Adverse Reactions
No significant adverse reactions are generally observed.
Precautions
- 1. For vaccination of healthy ducks only.
- 2. Do not freeze the product or expose it to high temperatures for a prolonged period.
- 3. Allow the vaccine to warm to room temperature before use and shake well before use.
- 4. The vaccine must be used on the same day once opened.
- 5. Injection equipment should be strictly disinfected, and the injection site should be disinfected prior to vaccination.
- 6. Used vaccine vials, equipment and unused vaccine should be disposed of properly.
Storage and Period of Validity
2-8℃ preservation, valid for 24 months.
