Main Ingredients And Content
The vaccine contains the inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus (sub-genotype VII) with a viral titer of ≥ 3*109.0EID50/0.1ml (before inactivation), the inactivated Avian Influenza Virus (H9N2 subtype clade 4.1.a and 4.1.b) both with a viral titer of ≥ 3*109.0EID50/0.1ml (before inactivation)

Function And Purpose
- Used for the prevention of Newcastle Disease (sub-genotype VII) and (H9N2 subtype clade 4.1.a and 4.1.b) Avian Influenza in chickens. The immune period is 6 months.
Usage And Dosage
- For chicks under 4 weeks of age:subcutaneous injection in the neck, 0.25ml/dose.
- For chickens over 4 weeks of age: intramuscular injection,0.5ml/dose.
Adverse Reactions
Generally, there are no obvious reactions after vaccination. Some chickens may experience reduced feed intake within 1-2 days after injection, and there may be a slight impact on the egg production rate of laying hens; these conditions will recover within a few days.
Precautions
- 1. This product must not be stored in a frozen state. Once the bottle is opened, the product must be used up on the same day.
- 2. Before use, the vaccine should be fully shaken, and its temperature should be allowed to rise to room temperature. If obvious separation of water and oil layers occurs, the vaccine must not be used and should be discarded. When the vaccine is left standing for a long time, a small amount of white oil may appear on its surface; after shaking and mixing evenly, the vaccine can still be used without any impact on its efficacy.
- 3. Local disinfection should be performed at the vaccination site.
- 4. Used vaccine vials, utensils, and unused vaccine shall be disposed of in a harmless manner.
- 5. The use of this product is prohibited 28 days before slaughter.
- 6. Used vaccine vials, equipment and unused vaccine should be disposed of properly.
