Main Ingredients And Content
Each inactivated antigen Avibacterium paragallinarum serotypes A and C was 6.0×10⁸ CFU/dose, inactivated serotype B was 10.0×10⁸ CFU/dose.
Character
After standing,the upper layer is a clear liquid,and the lower layer has a small amount ofprecipitation.After shaking,it is a uniform suspension.
Function And Purpose
It is used to prevent infectious coryza in chickens caused by Avian Avibacterium paragallinarum types A, B and C. The duration of immunity after the second immunization is 9 months.
Usage And Dosage
Using for healthy chickens that over 42 days by intrathoracic injection with 0.5 ml/dose. It is suggested that the second immunization should be carried out at the age of 110 days with the dose of 0.5 ml/dose.
Adverse Reactions
There were no adverse reactions except appetite reduction in some chickens on the day of vaccination.
Precautions
- 1. This product is only used for inoculating healthy chickens. It is forbidden for chickens with abnormal health.
- 2. Syringes should be sterilized, needles should be replaced in time for inoculation, preferably one chicken and one needle.
- 3. This product should not be frozen or heated.
- 4. The vaccine should be restored to normal temperature and shaken well before use.
- 5. The vaccines will be used up within the same day after they are unsealed.
- 6. Using is prohibited within 28 days before slaughter.
- 7. The used vaccine bottles, appliances and the unused vaccines should be treated harmlessly.
