Usage and Dosage
Administer by eye drop.Dilute with physiological saline according to the number of doses indicated on the label, 1 drop (0.03 mL)/dose.For laying hens: first vaccination at 35 days of age, and a booster vaccination before the onset of laying.
Adverse Reactions
Generally, no visible adverse reactions occur
Precautions
- 1.After dilution, the vaccine should be stored in a cool, dark place and used up within 3 hours.
- 2.When vaccinating chickens younger than 35 days of age, a small-group trial shall be conducted first. The vaccine may be used on a larger scale only if no severe reactions occur. Vaccination of chickens below 35 days of age yields relatively poor efficacy, and a second vaccination is required 21 days later.
- 4. This vaccine is restricted for use in infected areas. It is not recommended for use in flocks suffering from severe respiratory diseases (such as Infectious Coryza, Mycoplasma infection in chickens, etc.).
- 5. Used vaccine vials, equipment and unused vaccine shall be disposed of properly in an innocuous manner.
