Newcastle disease virus strain VG/GA ≥10^6.0EID₅₀/dose.

Newcastle disease virus strain A-VII ≥ 10^6.0EID₅₀/dose.

For prevention of Newcastle disease of chickens.

Vaccinate through beak or ocular route, or drinking water or spraying.

Dilute the vaccine with aseptic physiological saline or appropriate diluent.

Through beak or ocular route, 0.05ml per bird.

Through drinking water or spraying, double the dose.

Generally, no visible adverse reactions occur

1. For chicken flocks which have infected with infectious bronchitis, do not vaccinate through spraying.
2. Do not use metal containers shall for drinking water vaccination. Water used shall contain no chlorine or other disinfectants. Deprive the chickens of water for 2~4 hours before vaccination.
3. Place the reconstituted vaccine in a cool and dark place and use it up within 4 hours.
4. Treat the used vaccine vials, equipment and unused vaccines harmlessly.
