Recommended Vaccination Schedule:
Layers and breeders: 0.5 ml at 35–40 days of age;
Layers and breeders: 0.5 ml at 80–90 days of age;
Post-production laying hens and breeders: booster with 0.3 ml, approximately every 4 months.
Vaccination Precautions
Warm vaccine to 37°C before use and shake well;
Administer via intramuscular injection into the breast muscle only; leg injection is prohibited.
Main Ingredients and Content
The vaccine contains the inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus (sub-genotype VII) with a viral titer of ≥ 3*109.0EID50/0.1ml (before inactivation), the inactivated Avian Influenza Virus (H9N2 subtype clade 4.1.a and 4.1.b) both with a viral titer of ≥ 3*109.0EID50/0.1ml (before inactivation), Avibacterium paragallinarum (serotypes A, B, and C) each contain a subunit antigen concentration of 30ug/0.1ml, Fowl Adenovirus subunit antigen concentration:Fibre protein Type C4≥108.5TCID50/0.1ml, Fibre proteinType E 8a/8b≥108.0TCID50/0.1ml, Fibre protein Type D11 ≥ 108.0TCID50/0.1m.

Function and Purpose
Used for the prevention of Newcastle Disease(sub-genotype VII), Avian Influenza (H9N2 subtype clade 4.1.a and 4.1.b), Infectious Coryza of (serotypes A.B.C) and Fowl Adenovirus(I GROUP Type C4、TypeE 8a/8b、Type D11). Immunity is generated 14–21 days after immunization, with an immune period of 3 months.
Usage and Dosage
Administer via subcutaneous injection in the neck or intramuscular injection. For chickens aged 4 weeks or older, 0.5 mL/dose.
Recommended Usage Plan
1.For birds aged 35-40 days: 0.5ml/dose
2.For birds aged 80-90 days: 0.5ml/dose
Adverse Reactions
Generally, there are no obvious adverse reactions.
Precautions
- 1.For the vaccination of healthy chickens only. It is forbidden to use on chickens that are emaciated or suffering from other diseases.
- 2.Freezing of this product is strictly prohibited, and do not use it if demulsification occurs.
- 3.Before using the vaccine, it should be fully shaken well, and the temperature of the vaccine should be returned to room temperature.
- 4.After the vaccine is unsealed, it must be used up on the same day.
- 5.Injection needles and other utensils should be strictly disinfected before use.
- 6.Used vaccine vials, utensils, and unused vaccines shall be disposed of in a harmless manner.
